How it works!
1. The customer would place an order at desired store for pick up and delivery service only. Order must be paid for in advance.
2. Once the order is placed and paid for, the customer clicks on "Scheduling" inside the mobile app. Then "Book Now" to select a date and time for delivery by "Errand Boy."
3. Next, customer go back into the main screen of the app and click on "On-Demand Delivery".
4. Inside this feature the customer will fill in the details to ensure a proper pickup and delivery. In the first column customer would type in the pick-up address. In the second column customer would type in the delivery address.
*4. In the "Non-document" area, type in the name of the store where your item(s) are being picked up. That would help the driver find the store, and get item(s) to customers in a timely manner.
5. Finally, the customer will select a payment method. Paypal, Stripe for CC or call to pay over the phone.
6. Info is then submitted to "Errand Boy"

Errand Boy Service Charges:
Errand Boy charges a flat rate of $15 for the service, plus .55 cents per mile up to 20 miles max. For the convenience of the customer, Errand Boy charges one-way ONLY for our pickup and delivery services.
Example:
Customer places an order to be picked up at Target and delivered to their home. Let's say Target is 10 miles from the customer's home. The customer would pay a service charge of $15 plus .55 cents for 10 miles. $15+$5.50= $20.50 is the total customer pays.
